Nutrient the Food Pyramid – Optimal Healthy Guideline.

  Meat, beans, fish and nuts:

 

  All iron and other nutrients you need to eat to stay healthy 3-5 grams per day (for children) and 5.8 ounces (for adults).

   Grains:

 

   This is important for children to eat 4-6 grams of grain per day, depending on their age, while adults more than 6 grams to respond to them daily needs. Remember, whole grains are best.

  Food pyramid gives us a concept of what our bodies need food and lots of eating. Healthy officials have begun to rethink the food pyramid is a new food pyramid.
