<p>Obese children are faced with serious self esteem problems that come as a result of peer rejection, bullying and kicking. Moreover, diseases and conditions previously reserved for adults are becoming common inchildren. These are type 2 diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.</p>
<p>Reasons for this epidemic of obesity in children is different from genetics to poor models at home, snacks, and semi-sedentary lifestyle and too much time on the screen, or watching television, playing video games or work on your computer.</p>
<p>There are dozens of simple tips that parents can use to help their children lead healthier lifestyles. In order to combat childobesity, it is essential that this issue as a problem family. Giving children a diet, is not a solution. It will be nothing but promote the continued acquisition and loss of weight.</p>
