Diet and Nutrition for Children.


We know how important it is for our kids eat healthy and receive all the vitamins and nutrients for a healthy body. We know that many of us also on the guides pyramid food, but you may not know that children are not the food pyramid itself as adults. Children should eat the food pyramid for children.

The food pyramid focuses on food groups in five major food, that the child has need for good health. Items such as fats, oils and sweets, should not be used for respect of foods which promote good health.
