Four food groups

With the release of the new Food pyramid groups are officially five groups of Foods. Oils and butter now cover the Food groups, but for the purposes of this document, still believe in only four. The four food groups are grains, fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Let's look at each of the food groups and discuss several important points from each group.
