Health benefits of drinking tea

Recent data suggest, our people drink about one hundred sixty-five million cups of Tea a day. All this shows how much the average British person loves the taste of this drink, but most people should be informed about the current health benefits of drinking Tea offers. In this article I will write about some of these benefits.

I must say that on average I drink about four or five cups of Tea a day. I am not in realitywhy, but I thought it was bad, but recently I read a lot of health benefits, which can give. This new knowledge of the term does not end my joy and I can now enjoy the drink more Tea than ever!

One of the many health benefits of drinking tea is that it may offer some protection against heart disease and cancer, also reported that it may protect against some age-related memorydamage, such as Alzheimer's. This is because tea is a good source of flavonoids. What are flavonoids ask. As I have seen tea can be very beneficialto humans. This happens a little shock to me, never here about media reports of health benefits. Advice to eat lots of fruits and vegetables are regularly reported, but nothing about tea. I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of fruits and vegetables, but I love a good cup of tea.
